These terms apply to quotations, orders and use of SourceClotheWholesale.com by business buyers. By placing an order or requesting a quotation, you confirm that you are acting for a business or professional purpose.
Quotations and Orders
Prices, stock, MOQ, packing, lead time and shipping terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation. An order is accepted only after we confirm availability and payment terms in writing.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown in the quotation. Payment methods, deposits and balance terms are confirmed before production or dispatch. Bank, payment-provider and currency-conversion charges may apply.
Cancellation and Changes
Order changes or cancellations must be requested in writing. Customized, sourced, packed or allocated goods may not be cancellable after confirmation.
Product Information
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen colours, small measurement tolerances, mixed batches and closeout stock may vary. Buyers should confirm critical specifications before ordering.
Intellectual Property
Website text, images, logos and other materials may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission, except for reasonable use of product information by authorised buyers.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a confirmed claim is limited to the value of the affected goods or the remedy agreed under the returns policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing Law
Unless a separate written contract says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.
