Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements are confirmed in the quotation because wholesale orders vary by volume, destination and stock status.
Dispatch Location
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are dispatched from Xiamen, Fujian, China, or from the warehouse stated in the quotation.
Incoterms
Quotations may be issued on EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or another agreed basis. The named Incoterm and destination will be shown in the quotation and order confirmation.
Lead Time
Stock availability, packing, inspection and carrier schedules affect dispatch time. The estimated lead time in the quotation is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
Unless the quotation states DDP or otherwise includes duties and taxes, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information is provided when available. Please report address changes before dispatch. Risk and responsibility transfer according to the agreed Incoterm.
